Methodology (D&A Search Process)
Our Methodology: Devoto & Associates is prepared to handle the critical task of finding the best people to free your time to make other important decisions. Here is our approach:
STEP 1 - Initial Analysis
We conduct a thorough meeting with the client to expand our knowledge of your company and the position to be filled.
STEP 2 - Job Description
We will use your job description or we will assist you in preparing a detailed description of the position.
STEP 3 - Search for Ideal Applicants
We will begin the search for suitable applicants - directly and confidentially make contact with the best potential applicants.
STEP 4 -- Evaluation of Applicants
We pre-qualify applicants through detailed interviews and discussions to assess their experience, skills, employment history and other pertinent information. This also involves gaining an in-depth understanding of your business to determine if our applicant's skills "map" to your requirements.
STEP 5 - Presentation of Applicants
We will present a short list of 3 to 4 applicants. Devoto & Associates will participate in the initial face to face interview and follow up with client and applicant to assess if they match. We manage the hiring process from coordination of interviews and meetings to assistance in salary negotiations.
STEP 6 - Check References
Check applicant's references if desired and present them in a written form.
STEP 7 - Continued Follow-up
We will discuss with the hiring manager the necessary steps to follow for the applicant's best integration into his/her new position. We pride ourselves in maintaining an ongoing relationship with our clients and applicants!
